We are Talent4Success. Our organisation employs more than 40 experienced career consultants, spread across the entire Benelux. It shows what we believe in: a large network, a local approach.
Our expertise focuses on developing talent and optimising careers. We do this within companies themselves, so that employees can maximise their potential. This is how we can help your company grow.
But we also assist employees who have become stuck in their current position and are ready for the next step. Different work, a new environment. This process requires a qualitative intake, specific guidance and a good network.

Charel Jelles
Managing director
Background: Active in HR services for more than 25 years
Personal motivation: “If it turns out that a candidate does not feel happy in his or her new role within six months after placement, then we have not done our job properly.”
Leasure time: In addition to being a board member of the international branch organisation (ACF International), he has been involved as team manager of his son’s football team at AFC, Amsterdamsche Football Club, since 2006.
Maxime de Jong
Account Manager
Background: Business Studies with ‘entrepreneurship’ as specialisation and active for Talent4Success for over two years now.
Personal motivation: “I want to offer a suitable solution to every client and let people discover their talents and skills.”
Leasure time: A passionate field hockey player, for whom the third half is at least as important as the game itself.
